We’re passionate about using the finest ingredients. Our menus include locally sourced fresh seasonal produce, all matched by our wine buyer with carefully selected wines and designed to immerse you in a world driven by taste, technique and flavour. We also offer a range of dietary specific menus and will always try to accommodate specific requirements. Please contact us if you’d like to explore alternatives to our standard menus.

Our kitchen is the heart of the restaurant. It’s the pride and joy of our creative team and has been uniquely designed to ensure that all of our food is prepared to the highest standards.

At the centre of our kitchen is our top of the range Athanor island cooking suite. Sourced from France, the cooking suite is surrounded by a host of culinary gadgets which allow us to deliver some of the best and most forward-thinking cooking that Guernsey has ever seen.
